Local food expert Tony Kail will explore the cuisines, histories and food of the some of the most fascinating cultures in the world. If you’ve ever wanted to cook like a Vietnam street vendor or a great Bombay chef, now is your chance to learn, as this class is a hands-on, taste-testing adventure. This class will take place on March 31 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Jackson State Community College.
